Job Description Job Description Job Title: Sorter Job Description As a Sorter, you will play a crucial role in organizing and unwrapping incoming products. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, quality, and accuracy. You will be responsible for heavy lifting and sorting tasks, working collaboratively in teams of three. Responsibilities Unwrap and organize incoming products. Ensure high accuracy and quality in sorting tasks. Perform heavy lifting and sorting duties. Collaborate effectively within a team of three. Essential Skills Experience in sorting and picking. Physical capability to consistently lift 40 lbs. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. At least 6 months of warehouse or industrial experience. Additional Skills & Qualifications Sorting and picking experience. High attention to detail, including serial numbers and quantities. Experience working in a small team. Background in production and unloading. IT/Computer literacy and experience is a plus. Why Work Here? Work Environment Work in a fast-paced warehouse environment with approximately 70 employees onsite. The facility is semi-climate controlled, offering 30-minute lunch breaks. Shifts are available from Monday to Friday, with occasional overtime, usually not on weekends. The first shift runs from 7 AM to 3:30 PM, and the second shift from 3 PM to 11:30 PM. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Oklahoma City, OK. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $16.00/hr.
