Job Description Job Description Bachelor's or Master's degree in
School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1
years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time
School Psychologist position is available in the Chattanooga, TN
area serving elementary students (Kindergarten through 5th grade)
in a contract role running from January 5, 2026, through May 21,
2026. This role supports multiple schools within the district, with
some minor travel required between locations. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations for K-5 students
Participate actively in Admission, Review, and Dismissal (ARD)
meetings Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs
(IEPs) Design and monitor behavior intervention plans Manage
caseloads effectively while collaborating with educational staff
and families Qualifications and Experience: Active Tennessee
Department of Education certification in School Psychology
Experience working with elementary-aged students is essential
Strong skills in conducting evaluations, IEP development, and
behavioral planning Ability to work full-time at 37.5 hours per
week; part-time candidates will not be considered Effective
communication and organizational skills with an aptitude for
teamwork Willingness to commute between assigned school locations
