Job DescriptionSalary: $13-22 per hourPeak Behavioral Health is
seeking an In-Home Behavior Technician to join our team in Duncan,
OK and surrounding cities. We are looking for someone who is
positive, personable, and enjoys working with children.Peak
Behavioral Health is opening a multidisciplinary clinic that will
include Psychology, ABA, speech therapy, and occupational therapy.
Youll be a part of a collaborative team that provides a unified
approach in helping children with autism and other disabilities. We
are an Oklahoma company and pride ourselves on supporting this
community. We provide personalized treatment programs and the
highest care possible.Full-time positions
available.Qualifications:2+ years of experience working with
children, OR Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work,
education, child development, or a related field, OR a combination
of experience and education.Excellent communication skills with
other providers and familiesMust have great problem-solving
skillsMust be highly organized and have a great eye for
detailsPhysically able to lift up to 50 lbs.Physically able to play
on the floor with children for long periods of time (crawl, kneel,
sit, stand, and bend).Proficient in using technologyPassionate
about helping children and their familiesA valid drivers licenseA
reliable vehicle and up-to-date vehicle insuranceA Motor Vehicle
Report (MVR) without recent or significant driving infractions. An
MVR is required within the first 30 days of employment and will be
conducted yearly.Must be a high school graduate over the age of
18Job DutiesAttend team meetingsThoroughly and effectively document
all sessionsCollect data accuratelyMaintain all clinical records in
accordance with HIPPAUtilize the feedback given during BCBA
supervisions accordinglyProvide ABA therapy in individual and group
settingsDiscuss interventions with parents and caregivers in a
professional mannerImplement interventions as described by the
BCBACommunicate effectively with everyone on your clients treatment
teamWork EnvironmentThis position works primarily in the community
and will require consistent driving and visiting service
recipients. This position may evolve into a clinical setting. This
position may cause exposure to infectious diseases, blood, and
bodily fluids.TravelThis position requires extensive travel. While
performing the duties of this position, the Behavior Technician
travels by his or her own automobile and is exposed to changing
weather conditions. The Behavior Technician must maintain personal
insurance of the vehicle that they utilize during work hours.
Current Vehicle Insurance Verification must be provided every six
