This role also offers the opportunity to learn welding. Responsibilities Operate machinery such as flange line, plasma machines, and saw machines. Engage in cross-training across different departments to broaden skill set. Participate in welding learning opportunities. Maintain alertness and apply problem-solving skills effectively. Essential Skills Experience in machine operation or machining is beneficial. Proficient in plasma cutting and operation of saw machines. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. Additional Skills & Qualifications Prior experience in welding and fabrication is advantageous. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Why Work Here? The first shift operates Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a one-hour lunch break, and occasional Saturdays from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM. The second shift runs Monday through Friday from 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM, averaging 54 hours per week. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Chickasha, OK. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
