**Must have a current Manager Food Handler Certificate**Job DescriptionMuscle Maker Grill/Pokemoto is looking for a General Manager for our Fort Sill location Oklahoma. This location is on base and you will have to pass a background screen by AAFES. The manager of this location will manage 5 to 10 employees, manage labor cost, control inventory, and meeting metrics required by the company.CompensationStarting salary is $50-55k per year and up based on experience.If you have the follow skill set, please apply immediately.     • Directing and training employees properly through their daily routines.
    • Completing daily and weekly staffing schedules according to expected business volumes.
    • Monitoring staff performance during a shift and addressing any shortcomings.
    • Mentoring and training up new employees.Availability:
      • Must be able to work various shifts per week.
