Job Description:
OverviewThe Area Director of Food and Beverage Operations is an
opportunity for an experienced multi-unit restaurant leader to
oversee the full-service restaurants, bars and entertainment venues
within the Entertainment District located at The Okana resort. This
individual will be the Senior Food and Beverage Leader leading
three uniquely themed, full-service restaurants that include
entertainment in addition to events and pop-up activations. This
role is the leaders of multiple stand-alone units and leads the
overall strategy, execution, and performance for the venues. The
