  • Be an absolute driver of business growth in an accelerated time period
  • Provide excellent leadership to work teams and individual employees
  • Lead, coach, mentor, train, and manage 3-5 managers
  • Empower others to do what it takes to provide unparalleled customer service and mitigate customer complaints
  • Develop and implement processes and structure to achieve profit and growth goals, and manage expenditures for operational excellence
  • Manage revenue by analyzing profitability and identifying ways to improve inefficiencies
  • Provide outstanding organizational processes to ensure efficient planning of material distribution and labor forecasting to exceed customer satisfaction and ensure positive financial performance
  • Be the liaison across support teams, procurement, field teams, sales, and technical services to ensure best practices are always utilized
  • Ensure accurate inventory controls are in place for fleet, parts, and materials to reduce discrepancies
  • Diplomatically and collaboratively work with vendors, government entities, community leaders, and other third-party partners
  • Execute the business plan, implement new strategies, and document processes
  • Create and hold others accountable for the achievement of KPIs
  • Promote enthusiasm and brand loyalty during daily huddles, team meetings, and 1:1sQualificationsDo I Have What it Takes
    • 10+ years of management experience
    • 5+ years overseeing day-to-day operations of a Home Services (HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing) Business Unit
    • Track record of year-over-year business growthProven success implementing and attaining KPIs
    • Profit and Loss experience
    • Experience in a customer-facing role
    • Experience working for a small to medium-sized company
    • Ability to train, coach, and mentor company leaders
