VISTA's permanent physician search is currently recruiting a Hospitalist/Intensivist. Benefits of this full-time permanent position include: Practice Benefits: *Join a team of extraordinary team of physicians who provide their care based on a foundation of innovation, compassion and service excellence *Hospital currently staffs 25+ physicians offering advanced care in many specialties and subspecialties of medicine providing the community with the best treatment and latest technologies *Hospital is a fully-accredited 38-bed, acute care facility *Continually developing new services and programs to keep their system and the forefront of medicine *We require a physician who will follow pediatric patients, as well as supervise the mid-levels in the ER and be available to cover ER shifts. *-Our inpatient volumes are low enough that we know one physician can cover both inpatient 7 days a week and ER at least 3 days a week. *We are looking for 7 days on , 7 days off. I'm open to 12 hour shifts 7a-7p and we will supplement night time with Telehospitalist *We have inhouse physicians to cover the alternating weeks, so one FTE is all that is required. *$275,000-$300,000 plus full benefits package including Loan Repayment Community Benefits: *Friendly, family-oriented and safe community in the heart of Southwestern Oklahoma *The Wichita Mountains frame the horizon and the Quartz Mountains are seen southwest *No traffic jams, but locals only have to travel an hour to be part of a large city
