Come join our team of amazing clinicians!H2 Health is seeking a full-time or a contract Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to work at our H2 Health at Lawton an outpatient clinic located in Lawton, OK.This position will consist of treating a primarily orthopedic caseload with a mix of general orthopedic conditions, vestibular rehab, athletes, industrial / return to work clients, neurologic movement disorders, and performance enhancement programs.Education: Graduate of an accredited (APTA) Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant programExperience: Prior experience in outpatient as a Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant is preferred, however, new grads or those new to outpatient are always welcome to apply!Qualifications:

• Licensed Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of Oklahoma
• Must be able to work independently
• Must be comfortable working in an outpatient setting
• Must pass required background checks and be enrolled, or able to enroll, as a Medicaid providerFacility Hours: Monday to Thursday 8 AM to 6 PM and Friday from 8 AM to 1 PMCompensation: Hourly, Commensurate with experienceJob Type: Full-time or ContractWe offer competitive wages, a robust incentive compensation program, and a comprehensive benefits package to full-time employees (35+ hours per week) which includes:
