Job Description:

Seeking a General Pediatrician to join hospital-employed practice in southwestern Oklahoma.

  • The ideal candidate will be joining 2 other providers and will be comfortable with a broad range of general pediatric care.
  • Comp in the MGMA-median+ range with opportunity to bonus quarterly based on wRVUs.
  • 10 days of call monthly with additional call pay if you choose to take more than 10 days.
  • Call includes newborn nursery coverage (level 2 nursery), but you need not attend deliveries. Recruitment Package may include:
    • Guaranteed Base salary + wRVU production incentive
    • $5K CME allowance/5 days' CME annually
    • $30K Sign-On Bonus
    • Student loan assistance - if needed
    • $10K Relocation allowance
