*Social Worker (PRN) Behavioral Health Psychiatry**Responsibilities:**Horizon Health *seeks a *PRN Social Worker* to work on the inpatient geriatric psychiatry unit at Great Plains Regional Medical Center in *Elk City, OK*.Responsibilities include assessments, unit management, treatment planning and discharge planning, as well as group, individual and family treatment.
