Join our team in Lawton, OK, as the Director of Behavioral Health Nursing and make a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients and community. HireNow Staffing is seeking an experienced and compassionate leader to oversee our client's Behavioral Health Nursing department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and support to patients with mental health and substance abuse disorders.

JOB TITLE: Director Behavioral Health Nursing

LOCATION: Lawton, OK

SALARY: $84,900.00 - $125,000.00

SIGNING BONUS: Negotiable

RELOCATION PACKAGE: Partial

Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and direction to the Behavioral Health Nursing team, including nurses, therapists, and support staff.
• Develop and implement programs, policies, and procedures to enhance the quality of care and patient outcomes in the behavioral health department.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to assess patient needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and coordinate care across the continuum.
• Monitor and evaluate departmental performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement initiatives to optimize efficiency and effectiveness. Must-Haves:
  
  1.) Three (3) to Five (5) years of experience as Behavioral Health Director or Manager
  
  2.) Registered Nurse License for the State of Oklahoma (either single state or multistate)
  
  3.) Bachelors degree in nursing
  
  4.) Expertise with survey processes in an inpatient psychiatric setting (Joint Commission, CMS, Department of Human Services, etc.)
  
  5.) Experienced collaborator with multiple department directors and C-suite executives focused on patient care operations.
  
  Nice-To-Haves:
  
  1.) BLS Certification - required within first week of hire
  
  2.) MAB - required with in 30 days of hire
