Apply now!Available ShiftsDouble Weekends 7am-3pm/3pm-11pm with Baylor PayDouble Weekends 3pm-11pm/11pm-7am with Baylor PayResponsibilities and PurposeProvide bedside care.Administer medications and document therapeutic effects.Take vital signs and record them in the patients chart.Assist with resident comfort.Prepare and administer injections and enemas.Collect samples and monitor catheters.Provide wound care.Help coach staff as necessary.Required Experience and EducationCurrent and unencumbered Oklahoma Licensed Practical Nursing (LPN) License.1+ years of experience in a Skilled Nursing or Long Term Care environment.BenefitsWe offer competitive pay relative to experience.
