Our mission is to treat patients like family, ensuring they receive the highest skilled care for better outcomes.Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Per Diem Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team in the Oklahoma City Metro Area. In this role, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care on an as-needed basis across our various clinics. This position offers flexibility and the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, helping them achieve their rehabilitation goals.Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive evaluations to determine patients' functional limitations and develop individualized treatment plans. Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to restore function, alleviate pain, and prevent disability. Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, exercises, and strategies for continued care. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and effective patient care. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient evaluations, treatments, and progress. Stay current with advancements in physical therapy practices and integrate them into patient care.Qualifications: Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution. Current Oklahoma state licensure as a Physical Therapist. Proven experience in outpatient orthopedic and sports rehabilitation settings is preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and adapt to various clinical environments.
