• Accurately enter patient information into registration system.
• Perform quality control checks on registration data.
• Assist patients complete necessary registration.
• Keep work area clean, organized and professional.
• Receptive to feedback and strives for continuous improvement.
• Flexible and adaptable to change.
• Collect co-pays and other payments from patients. Qualifications: Education
  • High School Education or equivalent.
  • Working knowledge of Medical Terminology required.Experience
    • One year clerical experience and six months healthcare experience are required.
    • Expertise in customer relations, telephone skills and computer applications.
    • Some computer experience required.
    • Medical and insurance experience required.
    • Must be able to type a minimum of 30 WPM.(Above requirements can be met by equivalent combination of education and experience) -Compensation/Benefits
      • $14.86-$24.87/hr depending on previous work experience.
