Job Description We’re actively seeking a Chief Nursing Officer
(CNO) to join a compassionate, mission-driven healthcare

Location: Seymour, TX Type: Full-Time | On-Site Salary Range:
$125,607 – $149,190 per year Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8-hour
shifts Relocation Assistance: Available for qualified candidates
Responsibilities: - Provide leadership and direction for nursing
services across all clinical areas - Develop, implement, and
monitor nursing policies and procedures in line with best practices
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation
standards - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance
care delivery - Oversee staffing, recruitment, and ongoing
development of nursing personnel - Advocate for patient-centered
care and improved patient outcomes - Manage nursing budgets and
resources efficiently Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in
Nursing required; Master’s in Nursing or Healthcare Administration
preferred - Active nursing license in good standing (State of TX or
eligible for licensure) - Proven experience in nursing
administration and leadership - Knowledge of medical records
management and regulatory compliance - Strong leadership,
communication, and interpersonal skills - Experience working in
rural, acute, or critical access hospital settings preferred If you
