VeeAR Health is seeking a travel nurse RN Behavioral Health for a travel nursing job in Lawton, Oklahoma. Behavioral Health ~ Discipline: RN ~ Shift: 12 hours, nights ~ Employment Type: Travel Weekend Requirements: Responsible for input given into the formulation of the patient care plan. Assures patient's emotional and mental observations are reported to medical and clinical staff and are documented accurately and precisely in the patient chart. Trains LPN's and MHT's in charting, vital signs, patient routines, proper vital signs and de-escalation techniques. Is an active part of a PI team or other task force of the unit. Be a positive role model for patients and employees, with your language, dress, hygiene and behavior. VeeAR Health Job ID 59576. Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
