H2 Health is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team of rehabilitation professionals. As part of H2 Health, you will be instrumental in helping patients recover from illnesses and injuries, by providing essential support in their therapeutic processes at our advanced facilities or via our comprehensive home health services. This role is ideal for someone passionate about using physical therapy to improve others' quality of life and who thrives in a collaborative healthcare setting. Assist Physical Therapists in the implementation of treatment plans. Perform specific components of treatments and interventions under the supervision of licensed Physical Therapists. Document patient progress and report this to the supervising Physical Therapist. Maintain equipment and ensure treatment areas are clean and organized. Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and ongoing home exercises. Participate in patient assessments and help with the evaluation of care. Execute administrative tasks related to patient care. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills High level of physical stamina and dexterity Good understanding of therapy best practices and medical terminology Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially Capability in using physical therapy tools and equipment Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Physical Therapist Assistant state license CPR certified
