Registered Nurse (RN) | Medical-Surgical Location: Lawton, OK
Agency: Lancesoft Inc Pay: $1,930 per week Shift Information: Days
- 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP
About the Position Deliver direct patient care, including
assessments, medication administration, and monitoring. Develop and
implement individualized patient care plans. Collaborate with
physicians, ancillary staff, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure
quality outcomes. Provide education and support to patients and
families. Maintain documentation per hospital and professional
standards. Care for diverse patient populations: infants, children,
adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. Requirements 6 months recent
Med-Surg experience (required) Active Oklahoma or Compact RN
license BLS (AHA) & NIH Stroke Scale certification Updated resumé,
