Job Description Pediatrician - Full-Time, Permanent Role -
Altus, OK2 hours to Oklahoma City, OKJoin our dedicated team as a
full-time Pediatrician in Altus, OK. This position offers a
work-life balance with a 4 1/2 day work week and a 1:3 call
schedule.Schedule: Monday to Friday, 4 1/2 days for patient care
plus charting timeCall Coverage: 1:3Patient Panel: 18-25 per day,
with the potential for up to 30 on busier daysRequirements:Must be
Board Certified or Board EligibleCompensation:Base Salary with
quarterly incentives based on wRVUs, starting at MGMA Median
($200,000)Commencement Bonus of $25,000What We Offer:Benefits
