Registered Nurse (RN) | Progressive Care Unit Location: Lawton, OK Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,150 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 1/29/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified PCU RN in Lawton, Oklahoma, 73505! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Stepdown Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 6 months of Stepdown experience required. License: Oklahoma state nursing license required. Certifications: ACLS, NIHSS required. Must-Have: Flexibility required for floating to Med/Surg or ER to take Stepdown/Med Surg holds. Description: This unit cares for patients with STEMI/NSTEMI and chest pain rule out. It provides care for patients with congestive heart failure and noninvasive ventilation. The unit also cares for patients recovering from cardiothoracic surgery after ICU. Management of antiarrhythmic IV medications is part of the nursing responsibilities. Nurses will address peripheral vascular compromise incidents. Candidates must be prepared to work 6 weekend shifts over a 6-week schedule.
