Registered Nurse (RN) | Telemetry Location: Lawton, OK Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,150 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 1/26/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Telemetry RN in Lawton, Oklahoma, 73505! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Telemetry Cardiac, Step Down Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 6p-6a Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 1 year required License: Active RN License Certifications: BLS required, ACLS preferred Must-Have: At least 6 months of Stepdown experience Flexibility required Description: This unit cares for patients with STEMI/NSTEMI. It also includes care for chest pain rule out and congestive heart failure. Noninvasive ventilation is utilized as part of the patient care. The unit receives patients from cardiothoracic surgery after ICU. Administration of antiarrhythmic IV medications is performed. Care for peripheral vascular compromise is provided. The unit has a total of 33 beds. The nurse-to-patient ratio is 1:4. There are 6 weekend shifts required per a 6-week schedule. Floating to Med/Surg or ER may be necessary to take CVCU/Med Surg holds. Disciplinary actions will result in disqualification from the application process.
