Overview: The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) plays a crucial role
in delivering exceptional nursing care while overseeing Certified
Nursing Assistants (CNAs) as part of a collaborative healthcare
team. This position entails monitoring patient health, adhering to
legal and organizational standards, and promoting the overall
physical, mental, and emotional well-being of patients. Applicants
should hold a valid nursing license, be CPR certified, and ideally
possess experience in skilled nursing environments. $10,000 Sign-On

the LPN is responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care
through direct patient interaction. You will provide services that
help patients achieve or maintain optimal physical, mental, and
emotional well-being, in compliance with all relevant laws,
regulations, and organizational standards. Your responsibilities
will include monitoring and reporting any changes in patient
conditions, as well as assigning tasks, instructing, and offering
clinical oversight to CNAs on a daily basis. Education, Experience,
and Licensure Requirements: Completion of an accredited LPN program
Current licensure/registration in the applicable state, with an
active LPN/LVN license in good standing throughout employment
Preferred: One (1) year of experience in skilled nursing CPR
certification required upon hire or to be obtained during
orientation; certification must remain current during employment
Specific Job Requirements: Ability to make independent decisions
when necessary Competently deliver quality nursing care to patients
