Key Responsibilities: - Deliver skilled nursing care to patients experiencing STEMI/NSTEMI, congestive heart failure, and peripheral vascular issues. - Manage patients requiring noninvasive ventilation and post-cardiothoracic surgery care. - Administer antiarrhythmic IV medications with precision and monitor for efficacy and side effects. - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes, including rapid assessment and intervention for cardiac events. - Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to established healthcare protocols. Qualifications and Desired Experience: - Current RN license with Stepdown unit experience. - Proficient in managing acute cardiac and respiratory conditions. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with critically ill patients. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills to support patient and team interactions. - Commitment to continuing education and adherence to quality and safety standards.
