member of our interdisciplinary team, the RN is responsible for
delivering high-quality nursing care to patients through effective
interpersonal interactions. You will provide care and services that
enable patients to achieve or maintain optimal physical, mental,
and psychosocial well-being, in compliance with all relevant laws,
regulations, and organizational standards. Your responsibilities
will include assessing patient needs continuously and adjusting
care plans as necessary based on any changes in the patient's
condition. Additionally, you will oversee the clinical activities
of CNAs and LPNs on a daily basis. Qualifications and Experience
Completion of a nursing diploma (either an associate’s or
bachelor’s degree in nursing) Active and valid nursing license in
the relevant state, with a commitment to maintaining good standing
throughout your employment Preferred: At least one year of
experience in skilled nursing CPR certification required upon hire
or to be obtained during orientation; certification must remain
current throughout employment Job Responsibilities Implement and
interpret departmental programs, goals, objectives, policies, and
procedures Provide excellent customer service and maintain a
positive attitude towards patients Utilize reasoning skills and
sound judgment in all situations Communicate effectively and
collaborate productively within an interdisciplinary team We are an
