Job Description Job Description Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1 years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. This full-time, contract opportunity is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support K-12 students in a school setting in Chattanooga, TN. The position runs through May 21, 2026, with an immediate start. The role involves delivering behavioral support services to a caseload of 10-12 students and overseeing 1-2 Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans for K-12 students Supervise and provide guidance to 1-2 RBTs on the team Attend and complete a required 4-day TCIS (Therapeutic Crisis Intervention System) training, funded by the district Collaborate with educators, families, and clinical teams to support positive student outcomes Monitor progress and modify strategies to ensure effective behavioral support Qualifications: Active BCBA licensure and national certification are mandatory Prior experience working in K-12 school settings preferred Demonstrated ability to manage a caseload and supervise behavior technicians Strong communication and collaboration skills Schedule & Location: Full-time, 35-37.5 hours per week onsite in Chattanooga, TN Typical hours from 7:15 AM to 4:15 PM, with potential flexibility Benefits: Competitive weekly compensation Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance plans 401(k) retirement savings plan Access to mentorship and professional development through Clinical Advisory Team support This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students lives while working within an established support system.
