Job Description:

inpatient rehabilitation hospitals and home health agencies. As a
Speech Pathologist at Encompass Health, you will have the unique

innovative speech therapy. Assess and diagnose speech, language,
communicative, and swallowing disorders. Develop and implement
effective treatment strategies. Maintain patient records and
document patient progress. Educate patients and families about
speech disorders and communication strategies. Collaborate with
multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care. Participate in
continuing education to remain current with industry standards.
Strong understanding of speech-language pathology practices and
principles. Ability to handle a diverse caseload. Excellent
interpersonal and communication skills. High level of compassion
and patience. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance
401k Valid state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology
(CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing
Association.
