Job Description:
Encompass Health Corporation, a national leader in integrated
healthcare services, is seeking a dedicated Speech Pathologist to
join our dynamic team. This role will focus on providing top-tier
speech therapy services within our network that includes inpatient
rehabilitation hospitals, home health agencies, and hospice
agencies. The successful candidate will provide expert therapy to
patients with speech, voice, language, and swallowing disorders,
utilizing the latest technology and practices to ensure optimum
recovery. This position offers immediate benefits and supports
continued professional development and certification. Assess and
diagnose speech, voice, language, and swallowing disorders. Develop
and implement tailored treatment plans based on individual patient
needs. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to integrate
speech therapy treatments with overall patient care. Document
patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary. Provide
guidance to patients, families, and caregivers to improve
communication skills. Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere
to all HIPAA guidelines. Strong understanding of speech disorders
and therapies Ability to operate and interpret various diagnostic
tools Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Proficient
in documentation and patient record keeping Adaptable to various

Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) Valid state license in
