Gross $2,225.60 Job Summary The Registered Nurse (RN) is
responsible for providing direct patient care, coordinating
treatment plans, and supporting patients and their families
throughout the healthcare process. The RN works collaboratively
with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure
high-quality, safe, and compassionate care. Key Responsibilities
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care Administer
medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor patient conditions
and document changes accurately Perform clinical procedures and
assist with diagnostic tests Educate patients and families on
health conditions, medications, and care plans Collaborate with
physicians, therapists, and other healthcare staff Maintain patient
records in compliance with legal and organizational standards
Ensure adherence to infection control and safety protocols Respond
to medical emergencies and provide life-saving interventions
Advocate for patient needs and support patient rights
Qualifications & Requirements Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
in good standing Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of
Science in Nursing (BSN) CPR/BLS certification (ACLS or PALS may be
required depending on department) Strong clinical and
critical-thinking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal
abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a
multidisciplinary team Proficiency in electronic medical records
(EMR) systems Ability to handle high-stress situations and maintain
professionalism Physical ability to lift, move, and assist patients
as needed Preferred Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Nursing
(BSN) Previous clinical or hospital experience Specialty
certifications relevant to the unit (e.g., ICU, ER, Med-Surg)
