Registered Nurse (RN) | Intensive Care Unit (ICU) / Critical Care Location: Oklahoma City, OK Agency: Lancesoft Inc Pay: $3,868 per week Shift Information: Nights - 4 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Lancesoft Inc to find a qualified ICU/Critical Care RN in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, 73101! Shift: Nights 12-hour shifts 3 days per week (36 hours/week) Responsibilities: Provide nursing care to pediatric ICU patients Monitor patient conditions and document all changes Administer medications, IV infusions, and blood products Assist physicians with exams and minor procedures Interact with and educate patients’ families Coordinate care and delegate tasks to support staff 5 Benefits of Travel Nursing Different healthcare facilities may have varying nursing policies and procedures. Requirements Job Requirements Experience Minimum 1 year of RN experience Must have NICU experience in a Level I trauma setting Skills (Required) Knowledge of professional nursing theory, practices, techniques & procedures Ability to organize, plan, coordinate & evaluate nursing services Ability to maintain good working relationships with staff Strong verbal & written communication skills Ability to respond effectively to cultural & language needs of patients/visitors Basic computer skills Education Required: Associate's Degree in Nursing from an accredited program Preferred: BSN or higher (Board-approved) Certifications & Licensure Required: Current RN license (Oklahoma or Multistate Compact eNLC) Basic Life Support (AHA) PALS – Pediatric Advanced Life Support (AHA) 29354863EXPTEMP
