Job Description Job Description About who needs care: My mother has dementia. My Dad can take care of pretty much everything except bathing my mom. My mother is physically able to sit on a bathtub bench and scoot over into the tub area and bathe but her dementia makes her act sometimes like she is physically disabled while if she wants a snack between meals she can get right up and get it without any problem at all.About the care needs: They should have a good sense of humor with the ability to be compassionately stern when my mother needs to do something but starts acting like a 5-year-old that does not want to eat their spinach.Services needed include: feeding, and bathing / dressing.
