Assistants with starting salaries at $75 hourly , full benefits,
and a $5,000 sign-on bonus , plus the opportunity to work with a

Schedule 12-hour rotating shifts, including some Saturdays. About
the Role We're seeking providers who thrive in a fast-paced
clinical environment and enjoy the variety and challenge urgent
care brings. A minimum of 2 years of experience in urgent care,
family practice, or emergency medicine is preferred. Occupational
medicine experience is a plus but not required. What You'll Do
Provide medical care to patients of all ages Perform histories,
physical exams, lab testing, simple procedures, and prescribe
treatments Maintain accurate and timely medical records Follow
infection control and safety protocols, including proper handling
of sharps and body fluids Create a professional, customer-centered
environment Lead and support clinic staff when needed with a
collaborative, teaching-focused approach Remain flexible and assist
with tasks outside your usual scope when necessary Contribute to
improving clinic flow while supporting our mission and values About
