Gifted Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and skilled Telemetry Registered Nurse (Tele RN) for a travel assignment in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. As a Tele RN with us, you will work in dynamic hospital settings, monitoring patients with highly technical equipment and providing the critical care needed on telemetry units. Monitor patient’s vital signs and operate telemetry devices accurately. Assess patients’ health conditions and initiate appropriate nursing interventions. Coordinate with healthcare team members to facilitate integrated and comprehensive care. Provide emotional support to patients and their families. Maintain accurate patient records and prepare reports on patients' status. Administer medications as prescribed and monitor for reactions or side effects. Proficient in using telemetry monitoring equipment. Strong assessment and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in stressful situations. Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of Oklahoma. BLS certification from the American Heart Association. ACLS certification preferred.
