Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and health maintenance. Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and safety standards. Assist in therapeutic intervention as needed, ensuring patient comfort and safety. Strong clinical skills in psychiatric care Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to move or transport patients and equipment as necessary Proficiency in electronic healthcare documentation and patient management software Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Valid LPN license in the state of Oklahoma or a compact state license CPR Certification Additional certifications in psychiatric nursing preferred
