Gifted Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and skilled Intermediate Care Registered Nurse (IMC RN) for a travel assignment in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. This position is ideal for a compassionate and adaptable RN who thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about providing superior medical care. As an IMC RN, you will handle patients who are too ill for the general ward but not severe enough for the ICU, providing continuous monitoring and high-quality care. Monitor and provide patient care for intermediate care patients. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in coordination with the healthcare team. Administer medications and maintain documentation of patient's condition. Educate patients and their families on prevention and treatment. Prepare patients for, and assist with, examinations and treatments. Strong analytical and decision-making skills Proficient in using healthcare software and systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Oklahoma BLS Certification ACLS Certification preferred
