Provide direct and comprehensive nursing care to patients in the medical surgical unit. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team. Administer medications, monitor patient recovery, and record observations. Educate patients and their families on disease processes, medical-surgical procedures, and self-care skills. Ensure patient safety and advocate for the best patient outcomes. Strong clinical skills in a medical-surgical environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work flexibly in varied healthcare settings Proficient in using healthcare software and systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Oklahoma or a compact state license Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
