Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients in the emergency unit. Collaborate with healthcare team members to facilitate positive patient care outcomes. Provide immediate medical attention to patients in critical condition. Ensure accurate documentation of patient care and procedures. Manage patient care in a high-stress emergency room setting. Educate patients and their families on illness, injury prevention, and treatment plans. Strong clinical skills in a hospital setting Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Oklahoma or compact state Basic Life Support (BLS) certified Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
