Registered Respiratory Therapist Location: Lawton, OK Agency: Thrive Staffing Pay: $1,513 to $1,707 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/16/2026 About the Position Job Title Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) City/State: Lawton, Oklahoma Shift: Nights, 19:00:00-07:00:00 Contract Length: 12 weeks Start Date: 03/16/2026 Job Description: Provide comprehensive respiratory care to patients by performing diagnostic tests, administering treatments, and managing respiratory emergencies. Responsibilities: Interview, examine, and perform diagnostic tests to determine appropriate treatment. Administer treatments like aerosol, ventilator, or oxygen therapy and perform chest physiotherapy. Respond to Code Blues, manage airways, and assist with intubation during respiratory emergencies. Setup, check, and maintain ventilators, masks, and oxygen machines. Consult with doctors, nurses, and staff to develop, monitor, and adjust patient care plans. Teach patients and family members how to manage conditions and use home medical equipment. Accurately chart patient data and treatment outcomes.
