Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Hospital Pharmacist - Discipline: Allied Health Professional - Start Date: 03/09/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 10 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Position Details - Job Title: Pharmacist – Inpatient - Profession: Pharmacy - Specialty: Inpatient / Acute Care - Facility: United Regional Health Care System - Contract Duration: 13 Weeks - Start Date: 03/09/2026 - Schedule: Day Shift – 4x10 Hours (12:00 PM – 10:30 PM) - Weekend Requirement: Every Third Weekend (variable based on schedule) - Guaranteed Hours: 40 Hours per Week - Work Location: 1600 11th St, Wichita Falls, TX 76301 Requirements - PharmD Required - Pharmacy Residency Training Required - Acute/Inpatient Hospital Pharmacy Experience Required - Minimum 1 year of experience - Trauma Level II Experience Required - Adult Medicine, ED, and/or NICU experience preferred - Epic Experience Required/Preferred - Active Texas Pharmacist License (in hand before start date) - BLS Required (ACLS/NIHSS required with submission per compliance) - Flu Vaccine Required (Medical/Religious exemptions allowed) K16 About LanceSoft Established in 2000, LanceSoft is a Certified MBE and Woman-Owned organization.
