Assess patient health conditions through physical examination and diagnostic tests Formulate individualized care plans to address specific health needs Implement physical therapy interventions as prescribed by medical professionals Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary Educate patients and their families on health management and rehabilitation processes Maintain patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide coordinated care Expertise in physical therapy techniques and diagnostics Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to handle emotionally charged situations Proficiency in patient and health care software systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Current PT licensure CPR certification preferred
