Job Description:

the Midwest. As a full-time RN in our Cardiac Telemetry unit, you
will monitor complex cardiac patients and deliver compassionate,
forefront cardiac care. This position requires acute attention to
detail and the ability to interpret and respond to crucial cardiac
telemetry data. As a pivotal member of our care team, you play an
essential role in our integrated health care delivery system,
committed to the needs of the community. Monitor cardiac telemetry
systems and interpret data to provide appropriate patient care.
Implement patient care plans in collaboration with healthcare team
members. Administer medications and treatments accurately and
safely. Educate patients and their families on health management,
treatment, and discharge plans. Maintain accurate documentation of
patient status and care provided. Respond to cardiac emergencies
with situational awareness and expertise. Expertise in cardiac care
and telemetry. Strong analytical skills to interpret complex
medical data. Ability to perform under stress in emergency
situations. Excellent communication and educational skills.
Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems. Medical
Insurance Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the applicable state.
Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support
(ACLS) certification.
