Job Description:
Aveanna Healthcare, a leading provider of home healthcare
services, is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
specialized in high acuity care to join our team. In this role, you
will provide direct nursing care to patients with complex health
conditions right in their homes. This position requires a
compassionate professional who can deliver comprehensive care
according to individualized plans and continuous assessment.
Provide one-on-one nursing care to high acuity patients in a home
setting. Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and quickly
respond to emergencies. Educate patients and their families on
health conditions and treatment plans. Collaborate with a
multidisciplinary team to ensure effective patient care. Maintain
accurate patient records and report any changes in patient's
condition. Ensure compliance with all health and safety
regulations. Strong clinical skills and knowledge of high acuity
nursing protocols. Excellent patient management skills and empathy.
Ability to operate and troubleshoot home healthcare equipment.
Effective communication and documentation skills. Strong
organizational and time management skills. Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Must hold a current,
unencumbered state Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license. CPR/BLS
certification required. IV certification preferred.
