ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a travel nursing job in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: OR - Operating Room - Discipline: RN - Start Date: ASAP - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 10 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: RN - Circulator OR Adult Job Details: • Work four 10-hour shifts from 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM • 6 months Level 1 experience required • Holiday and call responsibilities required • Minimum of one year experience in acute operating room environment required • Current RN License issued by Oklahoma State Board of Nursing or multistate compact RN License (eNLC) required • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from American Heart Association required • CNOR certification preferred • Associate's Degree in Nursing from accredited program required • Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred • Plan, coordinate, deliver, and evaluate nursing care for patients during operative and invasive procedures • Provide direct and indirect professional nursing care in operating room environment • Document and evaluate all components of patient care using nursing process • Individualize patient care based on health status, age, and surgical procedure • Maintain excellent understanding of AORN Standards • Work effectively as part of specialized care team • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required Facility: This major academic medical center serves as a premier healthcare institution providing comprehensive medical services and advanced surgical care.
