Surg for a travel nursing job in Lawton, Oklahoma. Job Description
& Requirements - Specialty: Med Surg - Discipline: RN - Start Date:
ASAP - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours,
nights - Employment Type: Travel RN Position Job Notes: Travel or
Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2 years
of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must
be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon
successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral
bonus available. Opportunity: RN - Med Surg Adult Job Details: •
Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM • Maintain a
patient ratio of 1:5 • 6 months medical surgical experience
required • Develop and implement total nursing care for patients
through assessment, nursing diagnosis, and patient care plans •
Provide leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing
and other patient team personnel • Maintain standards for
professional nursing practice in the clinical setting • Develop
systems to provide care to a diverse patient population including
infants, children, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics •
Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare team members to
ensure comprehensive patient care Facility: This healthcare
