Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Occupational Therapist Assistant - Discipline: Therapy - Start Date: 03/23/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 35 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Job Title - Therapist - Occupational Therapy Assistant Location - Wichita Falls, TX Schedule / Job Type - Full-time, Days shifts Key Responsibilities - Assist in implementing individualized therapy plans designed by the Occupational Therapist. - Provide direct patient care, including therapeutic exercises, activities, and treatments. - Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the supervising Occupational Therapist. - Educate patients and their families on therapeutic activities, techniques, and care instructions. - Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure coordinated care and optimal patient outcomes. - Document patient progress, treatment interventions, and modify plans as necessary under the guidance of the Occupational Therapist. - Ensure a safe and supportive environment for patients during therapy sessions.
