Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: ED - Emergency Department - Discipline: RN - Start Date: ASAP - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel RN Position Job Notes: Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2 years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available. Opportunity: RN - ER Job Details: • Primary responsibility to identify medical issues, determine severity, and provide immediate support to minimize negative long-term effects • Work as one of the first responders when patients are admitted to the emergency room • Provide life-sustaining care when necessary • At least 2 years of nursing experience required • Recent travel experience highly preferred • Oklahoma state license or compact license required • Required certifications: ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA), NIHSS, PALS (AHA) • TNCC certification preferred • Must complete skills checklist current within 1 year pertinent to specialty • 2 supervisory reference forms taken within the last two years required • Quick start position with urgent need Facility: This healthcare facility operates a comprehensive emergency department providing critical care services to the community.
