details. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral
Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the
APTA Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment BLS
Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC 2–3 years of
outpatient ortho preferred Assignment Details Facility Type:
Outpatient Schedule: Monday–Friday, no weekends (National Contract
Standards apply) Volume: 10–12 patients/day; 1-hour evals; 1:1
visits (45–60 mins) Location Highlights Norman, OK offers a blend
