Winston Resources has an immediate opening for a RN Surgical Specialty in Oklahoma City, OK. Job Summary - Specialty: FS - City: Oklahoma City - State: OK - Start Date: 3/30/2026 - End Date: 6/27/2026 - Shift Hours: Days "This is a med/surg unit. Will not accept OR candidates. Must have acute care surgical floor experience. ENT and/or Transplant Experience Preferred Requirements: Stepdown/PCU experience. Transplant experience preferred. 4W Surgical Transplant is a mixed stepdown and acute care floor which cares for post-surgical kidney, liver and pancreas transplant patients. They also care for pre-transplant patients who are being evaluated for a transplant during their inpatient stay. Patients require close monitoring for infection, rejection, and timely medication delivery. This is NOT a PACU position. The unit is a mix of MS and SD just as the Surgical side is. Any nurse on this floor will either work MS or SD dependent on the availability of nurses. If short and ICU nurses are floated down, they will work the SD patients based on acuity and skill set.
