Job Description Join a Well-Established OB/GYN Practice in North
Texas! We’re looking for a compassionate and team-oriented OB/GYN
to join a thriving practice. This is a wonderful opportunity to
work with a supportive, collaborative group of professionals while
enjoying a 4.5-day workweek and a well-balanced lifestyle in a
growing North Texas community. Compensation and Benefits:
Full-time, permanent hospital-employed position Reasonable call
schedule (1:4) 4.5-day workweek (Monday–Friday) Privileging process
takes approx. 2 months Supportive practice with backup call and
surgical assist available CRNA-administered anesthesia available
24/7 Professional Details: Average 273 patient visits/month (goal)
Average 22 deliveries/month 2 OBs currently on staff Level II
Nursery High-risk pregnancies typically transferred at 30–32 weeks
(based on pediatrician discretion) EMR: Allscripts Professional
Call coverage: 1:4 (in-house; confirmation needed on specifics)
Strong hospital support with experienced CRNAs and dedicated
support staff
