Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: CT Technologist - Discipline: Allied Health Professional - Start Date: 04/06/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Allied Position Job Notes: /n/n Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2 years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available. /n/n Opportunity: /n CT Technologist - CT Technologist II /n/n Job Details: /n • Work Friday, Saturday, Sunday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM /n• On-call duties required once per month /n• Level 1 trauma experience mandatory /n• Provide specialized cardiovascular and/or radiologic technology services to adult and/or pediatric patients /n• Prepare patients for procedures and correlate clinical history with physician orders /n• Utilize highly specialized imaging equipment and techniques for diagnostic, interventional, and surgical procedures /n• Conduct post-procedure reviews to confirm study completion and technical quality standards /n• Transfer images and data to archival systems and prepare studies for physician reporting /n• Perform operator-level quality control checks, cleaning, and equipment maintenance /n• Provide instruction and mentoring to less experienced team members /n• Participate in continuing education and professional development activities /n• Must be graduate of CAAHEP accredited cardiovascular program or JRCERT accredited radiologic technology program /n• Current CT credentials required upon hire /n• AHA BLS certification required /n• One year full-time experience as certified cardiovascular or radiologic technology professional preferred /n• Associate's degree or higher preferred /n• Must demonstrate ability to work independently with minimal supervision and maintain accurate records /n/n Facility: /n This major academic medical center serves as a comprehensive healthcare facility providing advanced cardiovascular and radiologic technology services.
